National Performance Warehouse (NPW) agreed to acquire the WD business of DAHL Warehouse in Gardena, California— a longstanding factory warehouse (dba FEE Warehouse) that keeps manufacturers’ inventory close to customers for rapid replenishment. The acquisition strengthens NPW’s Southern California presence by consolidating its Vernon operation into Gardena, retaining key DAHL employees, and continuing to warehouse AUP products; founder Larry Hoffberg will remain active as a sales agent.
